A few years back before this pandemic I was going to 3 or 4 Al Anon meetings each week and sometimes more than that. All those meetings kept me all tuned up and ready to go. Once when life seem tough I went to 90 meetings in 90 days. I did not go to a meeting every day but if I was short a meeting today I would go to 2 meetings the next day.
Today a ache for those meetings. Once I visited a meeting that was 8 or 9 elderly ladies. I t was a great meeting. The experience was so warm I just kept coming back.

After I had been at the meeting for a number of times in a row they started bring me their very favorite baker treats. Writing this for you is making me smile.
