In the Old Testament It says of Noah that “Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord” I have lately taken the phrase from the Old Testament as my very own so I recite it “George has found grace in the eyes of the lord. “
I think it is my right to claim that grace because of the verse in the New Testament that says “Casting all your care upon him for he cares for you”. Also the last half of Romans 8 makes the same message very clearly.
I think the phrase that best sums up the message of the Bible is “God is love” It is not so much the God does loving things for me as it is that it is God is love. Love is who God is.
