I have zero aptitude for language. I am barely literate in one language. My ex-wife is the total opposite. When she started taking Bible greek I was thrilled. I love to study the Bible. Having her take Greek was like finding diamonds in my goldmine.
I have taken first year Spanish three times.
I once went down on a trip to build things for Mexicans in Baja California. I wanted to greet the folks down there.. I remembered that I needed to match genders. So wanted to greet I said “Buenos Dios” How would like it if some honky walked up to you smiling, looked you in the eye and sair and said “Good God!”?
