Sometimes I have to deal with destructive thought habits that developed in response to the fact that all that pain was buried I needed to keep buried but when I faulty thought patterns emerge I know how to correct them and I am soon free of them again.

Of course I need help from friend and family to maintain my measure of serenity. After all, the first word of the 12 Steps is We.
